Fabric Width: The conventional width is uniformly 145cm, compatible with the cutting production of most factories. Other widths are available: 140-150cm (standard), 180-280cm for wide home textiles, and 110-120cm for custom narrow widths.
Weight Range: The weight covers 200-320g/㎡ for direct adaptation to various needs. Spring/Summer clothing uses 200-260g/㎡, while Autumn/Winter coats & home textiles use 280-380g/㎡. A higher weight means a thicker fabric with better stiffness and a more pronounced three-dimensional effect.
Common Composition: We match different components to different properties. For skin-contact clothing, we use 100% high-count cotton or 95% cotton + 5% spandex for breathability. For home textiles, a 60% cotton + 40% linen blend provides stiffness and shape retention. For mass production, a 65% polyester + 35% cotton (poly-cotton) blend offers a wrinkle-resistant and cost-effective solution.
Performance: The fabric boasts high color fastness, with dry rubbing at Grade 4 or above and wet rubbing at Grade 3 or above, meeting the Class A safety standard. With a shrinkage rate of ≤3% after pre-shrinking treatment, the fabric is stable and greatly reduces the risk of shrinkage and deformation after finishing.
